Day 13 -- La Fitness and Urban Development -- Really!!!

Today is day 2 of my working out and I must say this to everyone.

LA Fitness has the worst Urban Development team ever! I went to two different locations and each one has the same problem with its location. The first one I went to was walking distance from not one but two bbq restaurants. As soon as you walk out the first thing you smell are the ribs cooking on the pit. The second one I went to had a window in the work out room. I spent the whole hour in Zumba looking at a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins sign. It was just wrong. Imagine doing shoulder exercises while looking at a lovely escape called ice cream lol. Oh well I digress.

Pork Wrap
Chicken Noodle Soup

Dinner:
Chicken
Tomatoes
Bell Peppers
Onions
Chicken Sausage
Brown Rice
Broccoli

Snacks:
Cantaloupe
Honey Dew
