Today was an exciting day because I started my gym workout today. Personally, I prefer going to the classes over the individual work out so day I went to Body Work plus Abs. This work out helps to improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with this lightweight dumbbell workout.
The instructor kicked my ass today! During our ab routine, I got a muscle spasm in my neck. In the past I was told this was do to me using my neck instead of my abs to lift my head, but I don't know how to correct this. Do you guys have any suggestions? The spasm was so bad that I was unable to complete the workout, luck for me it was the last thing we did.
