As I mentioned before, the transition to healthy food has been a little rough on my husband. He is a meat and potatoes guy, and he loves sweets! He told me that he feels like i am trying to turn him into a rabbit, which I wouldn't do because I am allergic to rabbits lol. I was able to get him to eat a salad with chicken breast for dinner. He fought me the entire day about the meal choice.

Much to his surprise he enjoyed the meal and ate almost all of the food in his bowl. He even admitted that since we have started eating better, he has more energy. Then he asked me to go get ice cream lol. One step at a time I guess.
