Aug 2nd -- Day 2

Let me share a text that I got from the hubby today:

Jason:  You want to get some ice cream later

Me: Nope

Jason: You say that now....

WHO DOES THAT? I am in the point in my life where I am trying to lose a large amount of weight and my husband is trying to intise me with ice cream. SMH! Needless to say that we had a really serious talk when I got home today.

Normally on Fridays I am hitting a happy hour for half of appetizers and really strong drinks, but today I was able to skip the drinks and the empty calories they represent. I think I am going to give up alcohol for awhile.


Breakfast:

Red Potatoes
Chicken Apple Sausage
28 oz of water

Lunch:

Flat Top Grill bowl
  • Brown Rice
  • Broccolli
  • CHicken
  • Spinach
  • green beans
  • 1 roti bread ( I normally eat 3)
Tea sweetened with Equal

Dinner:
A bowl of Rice Krispies (I got home really late because of work)
2% milk
