Day 15 -- Weigh In Day

Hello everyone!

How was your day? Mine was pretty good.

I got up.

I took a shower, washed my face, and brushed my teeth...

Ironed my clothes, combed my hair, and...

Of course I weighed myself....

I know you see the picture. YES, I lost 3lbs on since last week. A total of 5lbs since Day 1 which is the first milestone for me. I am really excited about my progress so far and I have set a goal of 1.5lbs for next week.

Breakfast:
Spinach
Onions
Tomatoes
Bacon
Turkey Ham

Lunch:
Chicken Sandwich
Tomatoes
Romaine Lettuce
Grilled Onions

Dinner:
Grilled Turkey Patty
Yellow Squash
