Day 6

I have really bad muscle spasms. Sometimes the spasms are so bad that I will have to take a muscle relaxer just so I can straighten my leg. I am hoping all of this will change with my life improvement. I did some research on muscle spasms and found the link below. It says that my spasms could be due to a vitamin deficiency. Are you showing any of the symptoms listed in this article?
