Day 7
The end of the first week of my life change and it has been eye opening. Looking back over the past week I see tons of things I need to do better if I really want to see some improvements with my weight.
Lesson 1: Plan out the meals for the week -- This week I bought food without a rhyme or reason to what I was going to eat every day. I was not prepared for the first day, and I didn't bring enough food for the week. Tomorrow, my husband and I are cleaning out our food pantry and fridge to take inventory. In addition, I am going to research recipes for the week and plan accordingly.
Lesson 2: Only eat Fiber One bars in the morning -- No need to really explain this one.
Lesson 3: Water, Water, Water every where -- I need to drink as much water as I possible can. I am proud to say that I was able to reach 90ozs, but I really should be drinking at least 128ozs. I will get there by the end of next week.
Lesson 4: MOVE! -- I am going to reinstate my LA Fitness and start working out 4 times a week. Wish me luck I haven't been to the gym in over 2 years.
Lesson 5: Listen to your body -- My bad habit is not trusting the signals that my body sends. It tells me that I am full, but I keep eating. It tells me that I am dehydrated, but I don't drink. All of these thinks will prevent me from successfully completing my weight lost goals.
