Day 8 -- Weigh In Day

It's weigh in day...As you know I started off at 258 lbs...

Drum role please...

I now weigh 256.4 ....I lost some weight yes! I know its not a lot of weight but its a small step to where I am trying to be. Now imagine how much I can lose when I start exercising next week. I'm so excited for the possibilities.

Breakfast:

Oatmeal

Lunch:

Rice
Chicken Roll
  • Chicken Breast
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Pita Bread
Dinner:

Chicken
Rice
Tomatoes
Corn
Cheese
