Day 9 -- Whomp Whomp lol

So I did something bad today.  I am on a staycation from work to spend time with the hubby. First, we didn't eat breakfast. Then we went downtown and end up at a restuarant called Rosebud Prime. Instead of ordering a Cobb salad or the chicken. I got the Steakburger on a pretzel bun with cheddar cheese and grill onions. It was huge, delicious, and soooo bad. I started to regret eating the burger as we were walking around and the weight of the food started to slow me down.

I was disappointed and down on myself for a brief moment, but then I decided to do something to improve. I went home and cleaned out the pantry and refrigerator of all of the bad food. Then the hubby and I went shopping for healthy food. We got some lean meats and fresh fruits and vegetables. We pretty much only shopped the outer aisle for all of our dietary needs. We also purchased some vitamins to supplement our meals. While shopping, it occured to me that I should start tracking my measurements. See below.





For dinner, instead of some big heavy meal I opted for salad instead. I'll I admit that it was a little bump in the road but its not going to stop me from reaching my goal. In fact, I think it help to motivate me. We will see the outcomes next week on weigh in day.

Bust -- 49 1/2
Waist -- 45 1/2
Hips -- 50 1/2
Arms -- 14
Thighs -- 28 1/2

Breakfast:

None

Lunch:

Pretzel rolls
Pretzel Bun
Steak burger
Cheddar Cheese
Grilled Onions
French Fries
Ice Tea sweetened with Equal

Dinner:

Iceberg/Spinach Mix
Shredded Carrots
Shredded Cabbage
Sun Dried tomatoes ( I only ate two because the texture started to freak me out)
