Day 5

How much water do you drink a day? I drank 90 ozs of water today, and yes it was a very interesting day for me if you know what I mean.  Before I started my life change I would only drink water and tea, but I would only  drink at most a bottle a water a day. Sometimes I would go days without drinking any water, which I know is not good.

In my previous attempts to lose weight, water was a big part of my diet. So I am trying to increase my water intake. How much water should you drink? I have heard that 8 glass of water is enough, others have said to drink half your body weight in ounces. What do you think?

Breakfast:

Omelet w/out the egg:
Spinach
Tomatoes
Onions
Bacon
Turkey Ham

Half a cup of Oatmeal

Lunch:

Chicken Roll:
Pita Bread
Chicken Breast
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Rice

Dinner:

Chicken
Tomatoes
Corn
Rice
Cheese
